  I think that what you published was very logical. But, what about this?
  suppose you were to write a awesome headline?
  
  I am not saying your information is not solid., but what if you added a title that grabbed people's attention? I mean Corporación de Acueducto y Alcantarillado de Boca Chica | CORAABO - Servicio 04
  is kinda boring. You could glance at Yahoo's front page and note how
  they write article titles to get viewers interested. You might
  try adding a video or a picture or two to grab readers interested about everything've got to say.
  Just my opinion, it might bring your posts a little bit more interesting.
